1. Go to LOCATIONS and find your prefered venue and schedule.
    Call the venue for available slots. You may also call (632) 563
    5532.

2. Bring the following requirements and give to the BLSS
    Venue Coordinator or Venue Head:
      • 1 pc. 1x1 picture
      • 1 pc. 2x2 picture
      • Payment in Cash or Check (check must be payable to the
         venue)
      • If student will start on the same day, make sure that
         he/she has the following:
           — Proper swimming attire (1-pc bathing suit for girls,
               swim trunks for boys, rash guard is optional)
           — Swim Cap
           — Goggles 
           — Kickboard 

3. An Official Registration Form will be given at the venue to be
    filled up and signed by the parent or adult student. If the
    parent will not be available to assist his/her child upon
    enrollment, a draft Registration Form can be downloaded
    here. Complete the form and send with your child to the
    venue for enrollment.

4. You will then be advised to go thru a system of payment. Make
    sure to get your official receipts upon payment of course fee,
    registration fee, and/or swim products. 

5. Lastly, the venue coordinator will give you the following:
      • BLSS ID
      • Learn to Swim Guidelines
      • Other important information

Due to the limited available slots, it is best to enroll at least one week before the start of the first session in order to avail of your desired time slot.
